I would like to get a refund

We can offer you a refund if your order is incomplete or if you notice an error.

If it is a size error in the order, for example, we will ask you to return the item at your expense.

As a reminder, a discounted or on-sale item cannot be exchanged or refunded.

How long will it take for me to be refunded ?
